Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we receive the advance amount stated in your quote. Quotes are shared in writing (WhatsApp or email) and list exactly what is included.
What a quote may or may not include
Depending on your trip, tolls, parking, state entry taxes, permits, driver night charges, hotel stays and entry tickets may be included or charged separately. Your written quote is the final reference.
Itinerary & timings
Hill-road travel times depend on weather, traffic and road conditions. For safety, drivers may avoid late-night mountain driving. Changes to the agreed itinerary or extra kilometres may be charged as per the quote.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation charges depend on how close to the travel date you cancel and on any hotel or permit costs already paid. The applicable charges are stated in your booking confirmation. Refunds, where due, are processed to the original payment method.
Conduct & safety
Passengers are responsible for their belongings. Smoking and alcohol are not permitted inside vehicles. The driver may refuse to continue if passenger behaviour puts safety at risk.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or changes caused by landslides, snowfall, road closures, strikes, government orders or other events beyond our control, but we will always help you re-plan.
